Our trip includes:

• Round trip airfare and transfers (including a $150 fuel surcharge allowance)
• Welcome Reception
• $20 meal credit for lunch at Casper Restaurant (on-hill)
• Lodging at the Snow King Condominiums in Jackson Hole (www.snowking.com).  Includes free night skiing after 5pm, outdoor heated pool, whirlpool, sauna, game room and restaurant.  The lodging is in spacious, 2 level condo’s with the upper level having a large living room and one bedroom and the lower level having the 2nd bedroom, a small living room and the kitchen unit.  The smaller living room has a wall unit queen sized Murphy bed.  It is our intention to have 4 people per condo with a couple in one bedroom, one person in the other bedroom and another single in the Murphy bed.  We are offering a limited time discount to groups of 4 who take a whole condo and to couples (see below).  The 2nd bedroom and Murphy beds will be assigned based on date full payment has been received.  Under NO circumstances will we assign 2 people to the 2nd bedroom.  Priority for rooming will be based on the date FULL payment is received by Carol Trahan, EICSL Treasurer.
• Complimentary transportation is provide to and from the ski area.  In addition there is local town shuttle bus service.

Pricing:

• EICSL Members - $1050
• Non-Members - $1100
• Lift Tickets - $70/day Adults, $45/day Seniors 65+
• Credit card payment through PayPal will be available with a 3.5% convenience charge.
• Baggage fees are not included.  First piece is at $15 not to exceed 50lbs, each direction.  Second piece is considered one bag with skis/poles and other piece is boots/helmet, not to exceed 50lbs total for the 2 items and the cost is $25, each direction.  These costs are only payable at check in by each person.
• Trip Insurance is recommended.  We will post info here soon.
• Payment Schedule
  10/1/08 - $500 due
  11/1/08 - $500 due
  12/1/08 - Balance
• Ground Only Deduction: Deduct $430 if you are going to make your own air travel and transfer arrangements.

Discounts through 10/10/08:

• $150 for sign up for a full 4 person condo.  Group is responsible to replace any drop outs or must refund discount. 
• $75 discount for sign up by couples.
