Just to be absolutely clear about this...
discount ticket orders will ONLY be accepted through your designated club
representative. Do not attempt to place any individual orders
directly. Contact your club to find out who your club discount ticket
representative is.
DISCOUNT TICKETS – ORDER PROCEDURE

Discount ticket order forms are to be
emailed to lifttix@eicsl.org by
the designated club discount ticket representative.

Checks for orders, with a paper copy of the
order are to be mailed to Art Taddeo, 31 North Main Street, Natick, MA
01760.

Orders must be in 2 weeks prior to EICSL
meetings for distribution at that meeting. Payment
must be received by Art prior to or at the meeting. Unpaid orders will
not be released.

Late season
order deadlines and distribution dates will be
announced later based on how much inventory remains following the
January distribution.

Individuals should not send in orders directly
until the procedure changes.
ORDERING
TICKETS
1. Orders
can be placed only by each club's
designated discount ticket rep via a completed EICSL order form and club
check, payable to EICSL. Form must include club name, rep's name, email
and phone number. The form is on the EICSL website (see link above).
1. Tickets
will be distributed to the ticket reps at the monthly General Meetings and
on the last Monday of each month. If you'll be picking up your order on
the last Monday of a month, contact Art to make arrangements on
when and where.
2. If the rep isn't able to receive his tickets on either of the
dates above, he must contact Art Taddeo or Mike Watt at
lifttix@eicsl.org to make special arrangements.
