You MUST be a NHSSC (EICSL) member to participate in any trips.
Trip payments may be made by check, PayPal or Venmo. Checks made out to “EICSL” can be mailed to: Mark Paquin, EICSL Treasurer PO Box 1456 South Dennis, MA 02660-1456 If paying by PayPal, send to [email protected]. You'll need to add 3% to your trip payment to cover PayPal fees. Include a description of who the payment is from and what the payment is for. If paying by Venmo, send to @EICSL. 5 Day Trip: 03/29/2026 -04/03/2026 3 Day Trip: 03/29/2026 -04/01/2026 Downloadable PDF of Trip Info To register, fill out form on the TRIP REGISTRATION PAGE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Wednesday, 01/14/2026 PAYMENT: 50% of payment is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due 01/14/2026. If we do not have at least 20 fully paid registrants by 01/14/2026, unfortunately we will need to cancel the trip. Full refunds will be issued. The trip includes daily lift tickets that can be used starting the day after arrival (03/30/2026). • 2BR Slopeside Condo based on quad occupancy: $615 pp for 5 days; $370 for 3 days • 2BR Golf & Mountain Condo based on quad occupancy: $540 pp for 5 days; $345 for 3 days • 1BR Golf & Mountain Condo based on double occupancy: $660 pp for 5 days; $420 for 3 days • Hotel Jay King Room based on double occupancy: $845 pp for 5 days; $535 for 3 days (Ski-in ski-out. Access to fitness center. Has coffee. No fridge or microwave) ADDITIONAL NOTES: • Indicate if you are attending the 5-day vs. 3-day trip as a comment on the trip registration form. • If you are a 2025+26 Jay Peak season pass holder or will be after attending the December 2025 Jay Peak trip, indicate as a comment on the trip registration form and deduct $190 from your trip cost for the 5-day trip; $115 for the 3-day trip. The lift tickets will be excluded from your trip package. Only season pass holders are eligible for this discount. • If possible, please organize your own condo mates and list them on the trip registration form. Otherwise we'll try to find you compatible condo mates. Everyone in the unit must choose the same trip duration (i.e. 5 days OR 3 days). • If you are interested in occupying a condo or hotel room with fewer people than the quoted occupancy, please email [email protected] for pricing information. • If an individual has to cancel after 1/14/2026 for personal reasons, a refund will only be issued if your spot is filled by someone who the rest of the condo agrees to. • Interested in buying personal trip insurance?
